Do you take custom orders?
I am currently not taking any custom orders but am always taking requests for future product lines. If you have a request, please fill out the form on my Contact page.
How long does it take to receive my order?
It usually takes 1 to 3 business days for me to work on your order. After that, it will take 1 to 5 business days to receive your order in your mailbox depending on your shipping preference that you chose at checkout.
If you have not received your tracking number after five business days, please contact me at orders[@]myminiaturekitchen.com so we can find out what has happened.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Gift wrapping is offered for $1.00 your entire order. Each jewelry box will come gift wrapped in bright white wrapping paper with a bright purple satin ribbon tied into a bow.
Do you have any discounts or promotions?
Discounts and promotions are exclusively for my VIP Club only. If you are interested in joining, you can sign up for free here.
What material is the food jewelry made of?
I make every piece of food jewelry in my shop out of polymer clay, a soft and pliable medium like Play-Doh that gets hard in the oven.
How many employees are working on your jewelry and are you hiring?
At the moment, My Miniature Kitchen has just one employee handling all aspects of operation but I am currently hiring Production Assistants to help create charms. If you are interested, please email me your inquiry at info[@]myminiaturekitchen.com.
Do you sell wholesale?
I am currently not taking on any new wholesale accounts.
I have sensitive skin, will your jewelry irritate it?
All of the pieces sold at My Miniature Kitchen is used with high quality materials that are nickel and lead free and safe for even the most sensitive skin.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! My Miniature Kitchen is now shipping worldwide!
Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Package Says Delivered But Never Received
Sometimes mail carriers mark packages delivered just a little too early. Please allow an additional 24 hours for it to show up.
Otherwise, if your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you can't find it:
Carrier may have placed it in a safer location, please check:
Mailbox
Porch
Garage
Any area out of potential weather hazards
Exterior doors and any locations where the package could be placed
Check with others in your house that may have accepted it.
If it has been over 24 hours from the 'delivered' status, to save time a service request may be sent by email to your local Post Office™ facility for follow-up.
I can not issue refunds to packages marked delivered and can not be held responsible for stolen items.
